What is kept
The server keeps an access log, as any web server does: IP address, date, page requested, user agent. It serves diagnostics and nothing else. No account, no sign-up form, no email address asked for.
The site stores one single item locally, and only if you click the theme toggle:
the word light or dark, in your browser’s storage. It is not a
cookie, nothing is sent to the server, and the site behaves identically if you clear it.
No trackers, no third parties
No analytics, no ad network, no share buttons, no remote fonts, no external map tiles. The server’s content security policy forbids any resource loaded elsewhere: you can check it in your browser’s network tab, no request leaves this domain.
Geolocation never leaves this machine
It comes from GeoLite2 databases installed on this server. Your address is sent to no geolocation service, because there is none to reach.
What you measure is measured from this server
When you run a ping, a traceroute or a port check, this server sends the packets, not your machine. The target you name therefore sees this server’s address, never yours. Those targets appear in the access log, inside the URL.
